Michelle Cangelosi is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of experience in a variety of leadership positions in the charity, government, and education sectors. Cangelosi specializes in establishing and cultivating relationships with public and commercial institutions in the fields of international relations, water and sanitation, program management, and partnership negotiation. Cangelosi is currently the Vice President of Transformational Philanthropy at Heifer International and resides in The Villages, Florida.

In May of 2021, Michelle Lynn Cangelosi joined Heifer International. As the Vice President of Transformational Philanthropy, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for foundation giving and substantial contributions. Heifer International is a global non-profit organization dedicated to eradicating hunger and poverty by assisting rural households in establishing sustainable food and farming businesses. Since its founding in 1944 in Little Rock, Arkansas, Heifer International has supplied cattle and education to approximately 40 million families in over 125 countries. It presently offers programming in 21 countries and its efforts to bridge the living income gap benefit nearly one million agricultural families annually.
